Description
The original and much loved White Mausu Peanut Rāyu- once you try it, you won't be able (or want!) to stop eating this stuff.
They start by gently frying some garlic so its crisp and crunchy, then they roast peanuts and sesame and then add gochugaru ( Korean Chilli Flake), and a house-blend of chilli into the mix. Agave comes in to bring sweetness, and tamari brings the salt.
Its a true everyday sauce and has a right-full place alongside nearly every meal.
Ingredients: Peanuts, Korean chilli flakes, Sesame seeds, Crispy garlic, Agave, Tamari, Sunflower oil, Salt
