This delicious vegan ragu is truly revolutionary. The team at The Upcycle Farm collect used coffee grounds from local cafes and use them to grow oyster mushrooms- right here in Dublin! They then turn the mushrooms into a delicious ragu!

Perfect on pasta, on a toast is, or spooned onto a baked potato!

Ingredients: oyster mushrooms (38%), carrots, onions, celery, tomatoes, tomato paste, red wine, olive oil, yeast extract, salt, balsamic vinegar, herbs and spices.
