This tea is made from pure chamomile flower tops, and is naturally caffeine-free. Chamomile has traditionally been used to treat all kinds of digestive issues, from gas and cramps, to diarrhea and colic. It helps relax muscle contractions, particularly in the smooth muscles that make up the intestines.
