Description
The team at Dingle Sea Salt collect cold, clear Atlantic waters surrounding the Dingle Peninsula, and filter it at source to ensure their single locally-sourced ingredient is clean and fresh. They then transfer the pure seawater to custom-designed evaporation tunnels, which harness the heat from the sun and formidable local wind to slowly evaporate the seawater.
Once evaporation is complete, they carefully hand-gather the pure sea salt crystals, before they undergo final drying before packaging in handmade ceramic jars. The jars are made using only natural & durable materials, designed to be used and displayed for years to come.
