This risotto mix from Ballyhoura Mountain Mushrooms is a unique mix of mushrooms, that provides earthy, woodland notes, and intense mushroom flavour to your risotto. Risotto mix is produced in small batches, using selected specialty mushrooms grown on our own farm, and seasonal foraged wild mushrooms.
